One of the qualities of a true professional real estate appraiser is that they have a solid background of knowledge in their community. Steve Hardman very capably fits that criteria. Steve has lived in Tucson since 1968. He attended the University of Arizona as well as Pima Community College. One of the things that gives Steve an added insight when appraising Tucson real estate, is that he became a successful Realtor in the early 1970's and went on to become a Broker in 1979. It was during this time that he developed an interest and later a passion for appraising.
