We've been delivering unbiased real estate appraisals and appraisal reviews in the Front Range Colorado Denver Metro area since 1989. We're a Colorado Division of Real Estate licensed Certified General Appraiser (CG1313736 - Expires 12-31-2010) and FHA-approved. We currently have extensive expertise in both pre-funding and post funding appraisal review work assisting lenders and private mortgage insurers. This work includes retrospective appraisal review and field reviews; several of these reviews have assisted customers in fraud detection.
