Michael Armbruster of Appraisal masters Incorporated is a senior designated member of the Appraisal Institute. He is approved as both HUD-FHA and as an FDOT appraiser. Mr. Armbruster is a Realtor and member of the St. Lucie Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is a State Certified General Appraiser and is the 193rd person in Florida to ever be so state-certified. Mr. Armbruster has been certified by the State of Florida's Department of Revenue to serve as an Appraiser Special Magistrate qualified to help county appointed.
