Bob Bellitt established Arapahoe Roofing and Sheet Metal. In 1967 when roofing was altogether an entirely different business than it is today. While the business has always been hot, dirty, cold, heavy and dangerous, sweeping improvements have been made in the last two decades. And for that the industry owes thanks to Arapahoe Roofing because Bellitt and his partner Terry LaVelle were founding members of the Colorado Roofing Association as an answer to an unmet need for improved education and regulation.
