Shoes may be returned to any of our locations for a comprehensive refund within thirty days of purchase. The shoes must be in like new condition and with original packaging. Shoe can not have scuffs or crease marks in toe box from being worn. Shoes can not have any dust, scuffs, dirt in any cracks due to being worn in or outdoors. The heal liner can not have cotton fibers in it from being worn. The shoes must be capable to be resold as a new product. Any shoe that is modified in any manner is considered customized and can not be returned for a refund.
