Will established the company in 1993, 13 years after graduating from Washington University, St. Louis, having received the AIA student Medal and the Widmann Prize. He cut his teeth working in huge Boston companies and managed a National Science Foundation research project at the GSD, Harvard University. He is registered in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and has a NCARB certificate which gives him access to registration across the US and Canada. His experience with huge projects and his focus on domestic work are revealed in the success of his designs.
