The Arden Park Soccer Club (Sacramento, California) supplies a recreational youth soccer program for girls and boys ranging in age from 5 to 18 years. The club is organized and operated by a tiny group of volunteers, many of them are the parents of our players. More than 600 players participated in the 2009 season. We fielded more than fifty teams that compete in recreational level play within the River City Youth Soccer League. We're affiliated with the California Youth Soccer Association (CYSA) and the US Youth Soccer Association (USYSA)

read more2. Sidelines are marked on 3 sides and the 4th side will be created by using flat cones provided to each coach. 2. The game begins with the visiting team kicking off directly outside of their own goal. The defensive team will start directly in front of their own goal on the opposite end of the field. All halves and quarters will begin this way. This will also be the restart when a goal is scored. The visiting team will kick off this way to begin the game and the 3rd quarter and the home team will begin this way at halftime and the 4th quarter.

read moreReferees must be registered as a Grade 8 level or higher for 2019 in order to referee games for Arden Park Soccer. To become a Grade 8 referee you must participate in classroom sessions, complete a field session and pass the final exam. You must renew your registration through California North Referee Administration (CNRA) each year. Referees are critical to having safe, fun and successful soccer matches. They are expected to be knowledgeable on the laws of the game, act professionally, be physically fit, and be reliable.
