AGF is a regional association that supplies educational resources, research and networking opportunities for grantmakers in Arizona. Member organizations make financial grants to non-profit organizations throughout the state and represent the interests of private foundations, trusts, endowed community foundations, corporations, government agencies and individuals with organized charitable gift programs.

read moreArizona Grantmakers Forum dates back to 1985, when a small group of private foundations began to meet informally to share information, network and learn from each other. As the philanthropic community grew, so did the interest in establishing a formal organization - a structure that would unify and expand Arizona's diverse philanthropic community. In 2000, Arizona Grantmakers Forum hired a part-time Executive Director and began to develop programs. With a growing membership, resources and a desire to create a community of grantmakers, we incorporated and elected officers on June 21, 2001.
