I have 1st hand experience as a home builder and inspector. In addition, I have continually attended semester long courses related to Building Safety and Technology, such as Building, Residential, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical Code Classes, as well as Methods & Materials of Construction, and Environmentally Responsible Building.
