I actually discontinued my previous long-time pest control provider to switch to Armis! I feel like the competition in the area is pretty high, so things like customer service are going to make places like this stick out. I called Armis to try them out because we have a vole problem in our backyard. We didn't want to use rodenticides (our previous provider's only option) or anything like that because, although they are supposedly kid and pet safe, we still didn't want to poison a vole that might later be eaten by bird or neighbor's puppy, etc.
When I chatted with Ronald at Armis about the problem he was more willing to consider our concerns and problem solve with us to avoid using rodenticides, but clearly communicated all the options and trade offs. Also Ronald has been really responsive whenever we had questions. We appreciated the couple of one-off services enough that we signed up for their quarterly service.

Ronald at Armis Pest Control and his entire team are so awesome to work with. We've had Armis over several years now and they are so reliable and fast. We're on the quarterly program and love how affordable they are. We had a mice issue several years back and he solved that problem immediately. No spiders and no webs. The office works so hard around my difficult schedule. Any time we've needed anything, Armis has been right there. The entire staff is so friendly. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Ronald was great, on time and very thorough. Not only sprayed for my wasp problem but helped prevent the problem from coming back by pointing out where they were getting in to make nests and sealed them up. Also noticed the impending spider invasion that comes with fall and took care of that without even being asked. Above and beyond what was expected. Will definitely be using Armis again for any pest removal needs in the future.

We have used Armis Pest Control for 3 years now. We schedule them to come out in the Spring and Fall and have had no issues with ants or other insects. I used to do my own pest control to try to save money with department store products. When I decided to hire Armis there were literally spiders raining from my siding. It was a night and day difference. I haven't seen a spider since. They are safe, clean, and professional. No surprise visits or contracts. Ronald and his crew are knowledgeable and quite thorough in their plan of action for getting rid of pests. I have been in the customer service world for all of my working life. There have been plenty of times I wish i could have gotten even slightly better service from a company much less the person helping me out. However, I can not say the same about Ronald and his pest management business. Ronald did a great job. He took care of my mouse problem. Not only did he include the crawl space in his pursuit, but he covered the areas where the mice might enter the house. He is now making sure my yellow jacket assault is under control. I highly recommend his services.
