This course combines the finest elements of Muay Thai, Karate, Filipino Kickboxing, and Western Boxing into one action packed workout. The 1st 20 minutes will consist of stretching and total body conditioning. The next 30 minutes we'll work on street effective moves, including elbows, knees, kicks, and punch combinations. For the last ten minutes, we'll work on more exotic moves that will test your balance and coordination.
