Arthur A. Swallow Associates was established in April 1999 to supply Land Surveying and Development services to commercial, governmental and domestic customers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Principal and owner of the company, Arthur A. Swallow, PLS, has extensive knowledge in the Lehigh Valley, Western New Jersey and Pocono areas.
