Since 1877, OSF Saint Francis Medical Center has fulfilled the Mission of our Sisters: to serve with the greatest care and love. In the years following, we currently have grown into the 4th biggest medical center in the state of Illinois, with a medical team of more than 800 physician and 616 patient beds. A major teaching affiliate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria, OSF Saint Francis is the area's only Level 1 Trauma Center and tertiary care medical center.
