AMSI) is a complete-service, 3rd party management company with knowledge in managing 1000's of multi-family units, hundreds of single family, duplexes, four-plex units and mini-warehouse locations. We manage commercial office and retail space and we manage HOA Associations for condo's, townhomes and domestic neighborhoods. Cresha Beattie, president formed AMSI in 1991 after working for Denton Savings Association, where she was promoted to Vice President to head up their property management divsion known as DSA Management Systems.
