We specialize in martial art classes that not only teach the physical aspect of American Songahm Taekwondo, but teach the life skills that you or your child will need to build a well rounded personal. We aim to assist our students evolve confidence, leadership skills, coordination, respect for self and others, self esteem, discipline, and a general feeling of self worth. American Songahm Taekwondo is an ideal sport as each student advances by their own pace, not measured against other students.
