Although our area of active practice is limited to Social Security/SSI disability, we'll gladly offer customers advice or referrals in other areas of law when possible. Unless you are now receiving disability benefits and need aid keeping them, you pay no fees until your case is favorably decided and a fee is approved by the Social Security Administration or a federal court. In almost all cases, fees are paid out of past-due benefits you receive after a favorable decision. In an appeal to federal court, you may be obligated to pay court costs in order to file the appeal.
