Medical Center in Yonkers, NY
Since its establishment by the Sisters of Charity of Saint Vincent de Paul of New York in 1888, Saint Joseph's Medical Center has been meeting the health care requirements of Yonkers and surrounding communities. In response to new developments in medicine and the requirements of the community, Saint Joseph's has grown dramatically through the years into a modern, progressive medical center. A Nursing Home was founded in 1976 to alleviate a critical shortage of nursing home beds. In 1979, a new hospital was built on the site of the 1888 building.

We encourage you to return to caring for yourself and your family's health care needs. Saint Joseph's Medical Center is committed to distributing vaccines as quickly as supply is available to all eligible patients and members of the community. We are encouraged by the large numbers of our community members who are eager to receive the vaccine, but also know that securing appointments has been a frustrating process.
