All orders may be returned at any Austad's Golf Store or shipped back to our headquarters in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (C.O.D.'s will not be accepted). All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of product receipt. All store returns are subject to verification by a valid and current driver's license, state identification or other approved form of identification from a governmental entity.
