Ve been using and troubleshooting PC computers - fixing them, building them, and testing them - since they became widely used back in the late 1980's. I spent six years at Dell, 1st in tech support, then as a test engineer in communications product development. While in technical support, I was a specialist in operating system installation and configuration. I've installed every version of DOS and Windows more times than I could ever count, along with all the drivers for every imaginable piece of hardware.
