Frank from Autumn Air came out on a late evening visit. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to get our system running properly again. He was friendly and took the time to explain our best options to us.

My AC went out this morning and of course on one of the hottest days this week. I called around everywhere, no one was able to come day of. Until I called autumn, I was quoted between 3:00-5:00. To my surprise frank showed up at 9am and I was so happy to see him! Excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable.

First time using Autumn Heating and Cooling and absolutely impressed. Gave me a window and still managed to squeeze me in early. Had the problem diagnosed in minutes and fixed shortly after. My guy Frank was polite and didn't try to hassle me or pressure me. Showed me the issue and fixed the issue. Great job, and I will be using them next time I am in a pinch or any future services.

After being in the car industry for about 30 years I needed a change in my life. I reached out to Josh at Autumn Air looking for an opportunity to do something different with my career. I am now a part of the Autumn Air staff and I can say it has been the best decision I have made in a long time. All of the staff made me feel right at home immediately.

I now look forward to going to work. It's summertime in Arizona and most people wouldn't want to be working in the heat but the heat isn't even a factor when you have great, positive co workers. From the office staff to the other technicians it is a joy being a part of the team. This small family based business is definitely a go yo for all your heating and cooling needs. We take the customers needs into consideration. It's not about selling unnecessary services but doing what we can to make the hot days in the desert more tolerable.

Autumn Air has been our HVAC partner for going on 4 years now. I feel we get honest feedback on the condition of all of our units and the right amount of upsells without the pressure of buying. Frank has been our guy since the beginning and he's great, in particular with all of my detailed questions. I do trust I'm going to get an honest diagnosis and feedback when Frank looks at a problem and/or is out for bi-annual check ups. Keep up the great work!

Can't say enough great things about Autumn Air Heating and Cooling and the technician Kolby. Our AC went out during some extreme heat and I contacted Autumn on Google message. They responded quickly and were so friendly and efficient in booking us first in line. Kolby came out and diagnosed the problem immediately and had cool air blowing within minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. In addition the price was very reasonable. Great company all around.

Taylor was great. He was super nice and friendly. I was amazed on how quick he arrived and was in and out in no time. Tech arrived in about 65 minutes after calling in Saturday evening, driving from Goodyear, he replaced the bad capacitor and had it running in about 15 minutes. I did mentioned to Frank I went to Greenway HS as he went to Peoria HS. Back in my freshman year (that would be 1977, 47 years ago) the freshman football teams in the last game of the year, neither had won a game, but Greenway did this last one and we found a toilet seat out by were the bus was parked and declared our selves as the toilet bowl champions, I wonder if Kelly still has that trophy ( toilet bowl seat)? We had Taylor come over and give us a quote. Very knowledgeable, well mannered and easy to work with. Laid out different scenarios for our home. I ended up not going with them as it was bit higher than our budget but definitely appreciated the experience. Would recommend them for sure.
