Cleaning fees are paid by tenants in addition to their rents. With the exception of the owner or an owner booking in that case owners are responsible for the cleaning fees. All damages or extra cleaning that might be caused by tenant would be paid from security deposits. Any damages in excess of security are the responsibility of the owner and not AZURE PACIFIC VACATION RENTALS. AZURE PACIFIC VACATION RENTALS always inspects the units prior to check-in and after check-out. If there is any major damage done to a unit, it is documented by photos.
