We also want you to realize that we attempt to physically observe as much of a structure as is safely possible, including roofs, attics and crawlspaces. My inspection reports contain photos similar to the ones below, and every photo is annotated so my clients understand the problems they're seeing. I've found that this approach is tremendously helpful for clients who aren't accustomed to reading home- or building-inspection reports.

The reports also contain photo logs to help customers better understand deficiencies within a house or building. The photos are annotated and contain arrows when necessary, so my clients can fully understand any egregious conditions within a house or building.
