Buddy added the handrail and facial cedar at the original location, before it was just an open patio and had no distinguishing charateristics. He came up with the idea of constructing the huge windows across the front of the building to fold open so you constantly had fresh breezes blowing in from the ocean. Buddys relocated (dollars, bar and all) to 13 East Salisbury street next to Johnnie Mercers Pier.
