Balloons By Design is led by Steve Paynter, a Certified Balloon Artist with over fifteen years of knowledge in the balloon industry. Steve got his start delivering entertainment at kids's birthday parties, twisting balloons into the shape of animals. Helping people celebrate the cheerful events in their lives appealed to him, and a whole new world of possibilities opened up when he investigated balloon decorating. He taught himself as much as he could through books and tapes, then completed the CBA certification program, the most respected certification in the balloon industry. He continues to attend advanced training at conventions to keep up to date with new trends and products.
