In December of 1992, Keith's The Ballroom, was established and introduced by Keith Sonnier as a comprehensive complete service catering firm. Certified with an associate's degree in culinary arts and floristry, Keith is capable to supply every customer with the most up to date services possible. Today, the ballroom has one of the most successful and experienced team members in all of Southwest Louisiana. Catering by Keith's, The Ballroom features traditional Acadian French Cuisine, delivering both on- and off-site catering.
