Since 1922 Barney Miller was an early leader in the area of radio. Only natural since he was a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a HAM radio operator and served in Army Signal Corps during World War I. In the mid-40s, Barney's son, Harry took over the family business, the 1st of two transitions from father to son. Since the 1980s, Barney's grandson and namesake, Barney, has headed the firm. Under his leadership the firm continues to move forward, maintaining a reputation as the area's leading home entertainment and electronic systems specialist.
