Baseball Academy

Speed, Agility, Quickness are an essential component in building today's Athlete. Along with these factors (SAQ) We are committed in building Core Strength in every Athlete. SAQ and Core Strength are ingredients for building the better Athlete. Birmingham Baseball in conjunction with the Baseball Academy is now providing it's Speed, Agility, Quickness program to the general public. Reserved for BB players until now, the program has helped over one hundred High School players reach the college level.
