Baylee's Best Chocolates

Not too long ago, I was playing with chocolate, trying to come up with a truffle nice enough to bring to my friend Gwenda's party at Plantagenet Rose in Roanoke, a wonderfully eclectic store. She thought they were better than nice enough; actually she informed me that I would have go into business in order for her to sell them in her store. After five months of her gentle persuasion, I finally relented and Baylee's Best Chocolates was born. As long as I would be selling my chocolates and putting my name on the label, I figured they had better be the finest I could produce.
