This is the second time I’ve used Bear cleaning. My couch desperately needed cleaning. Chris, my cleaner did a great job he went above and beyond. Then I asked for carpet touch up, he took the time to do that for me too. It all turned out so nice. I seriously recommend this company.

I had my carpet cleaned last week. It looked nice but the soiled traffic pattern still showed. The company sent the technician out and he cleaned the area again for no charge. The technician worked hard and it looks better. I would recommend Bear to my friends.

Bear Cleaning and Restoration really came through for us on short notice in the middle of the night Jeremy was on site within 40 minutes for mitigation and restoration for several apartments that were affected by fire/ water damage, Jeremey was extremely helpful in the process of getting everything through mitigation and coordinating with the companies permits, etc. Jeremy and team have all been awesome to work with. I had a sewage backup in my basement. I found Bear Restoration and reached out to Jeremy B. He walked me through step by step on how the process would go. He was helpful in giving the information I needed during this very challenging and difficult time. He was always available to explain things to me. The workers completed the work when they said it would be done, and everyone on the job was friendly, knowledgeable, and very hard working. Special thanks to Armanio, who did such an outstanding job with everything. Armanio is a very kind person, who listened to any concerns, and kept the work flow going. Also, Michelle assisted in Jeremy's absence and she was great to work with. She assured me that things would keep moving and she kept her word in getting things scheduled and completed. Overall, I would say this company is one that I would highly reccomend.

Bear Cleaning is an outstanding company. Scheduling was very easy and they removed us the day before as well as 30 minutes prior to showing up. Nick the service tech was excellent! He was very thorough, polite and informative.

VERY happy with the results, the carpets look great. Chris was hesitant to promise cleaning a stain from a failed oil radiator heater but it came out! Very happy with the whole process and Chris. The regular carpet was damp once completed. Berber... not as bad. Took 8 + hours to completely dry the whole house's carpet. As a consumer....I would suggest renting a few box fans to speed the drying process - I only had one.

The only good thing that came out of the old lady next door flooding my house while I went on vacation is that I got to meet the BEAR team. They made everything better. Project manager Sergio C. came out right away to answer all my questions and help me understand the mitigation process. He's smart, organized, and really patient. The team on site handling the wet drywall/insulation were professional and really nice to me. They got the fans and dehumidifiers all set up and I really appreciated how Paola from the office sent me emails to update me on the moisture levels daily. From their communication to the website to payment process, top of the line. I literally do not have one negative thing to say about my experience with this company. :)

Our service rep did a fantastic job. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs, plus a messy housewife, so our carpets really needed to be cleaned. We had one area downstairs where my wife keeps the litter boxes that was just awful. After he was done, they looked just like new. I was very impressed. We’ve used you a lot in the past and we’ll continue to do so in the future.

Chris, the technician, did a fantastic job! I have 3 dogs but when Chris was done the were no offensive odors and there were no stains! The price was very reasonable and Bear will be my new go to carpet cleaning company!

I have been using Bear for carpet cleaning for a while, they always do an excellent job at cleaning my carpets. Recently I had a pipe burst and had water everywhere and they showed up fast and had my home back in no time. They will have me as a loyal customer for sure!
