We contacted Bedrock on a holiday weekend with sudden damage and a fabulous tech, Noah, was out placing fans, assessing damage, and detailing a game plan for us within two hours. Over the next two weeks, David, Craig and Dan were consistently at our home doing work, providing updates, working with our insurance, and calling to answer any questions.

They were beyond friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and relieved our anxieties in a very stressful situation. We unfortunately have had to deal with other restoration companies in previous years, and have not had anywhere near the professionalism of Bedrock Restoration. We would not hesitate to use them again and were actually sad when they were done with the work and packed up to leave. The team felt like friends by the end of the project!

I found some very concerning spots that looked like mold, and Dan had someone out to inspect within a couple of hours. Everyone I dealt with really took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions. They were super thorough, professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

Excellent work and great communication

We had a pinhole leak in a pipe that had been spraying water inside our mechanical closet. We didn't notice it until water was coming out from under the door. This had been going on for some time so there was mold growth on the sheet rock wall. We found the issue on the weekend and I was able to stop the leak temporarily. I called Dan and he was very thorough and responsive asking all of the right questions.

He was willing to come out and inspect it, but we were able to determine that it was not an emergency so he set an appointment for Monday morning. Dave arrived promptly and was very helpful explaining the repair and the methods they would use to protect us during the mold removal. The crew arrived and set up a containment system to keep the rest of the house clean and free from pollutants from the mold.

They discovered that the area affected was more extensive than what we originally thought so they removed the damaged portions, removed the mold and dried out the area thoroughly. Once that was complete they replaced the damaged sheet rock, taped, painted and cleaned the area. It looks like new and we are unable to see that there was ever a problem.

Overall Dan, Dave and their team was extremely prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use them again if we have a need for a mold or water damage problem.

Bedrock is amazing! When we had a sewage line leak behind our kitchen wall, they came quickly to do mitigation. We had never had something like this happen, and they were so patient and helpful with all of our questions. They helped a lot with our insurance, too. I couldn't recommend them more!
