My basement had a sewer leak. I didn't understand what was going on. I'm from California and have never had a basement before. I called my plumber, whom I think is amazing, and he referred me to Bedrock Restoration. Bedrock explained what had happened and, first, brought in a sewer clean-out company. Then Bedrock pulled out the damaged carpet only to discover there were asbestos tiles under the soaked carpet. So, Bedrock brought in an asbestos removal firm which came to remove the tiles. After that Bedrock referred me to a flooring company to select replacement carpet. And finally, my insurance company, State Farm, paid for the entire cost. I was lucky to have the right insurance company too.

But, I was extraordinarily lucky to have Bedrock Restoration coordinate everything. I didn't have to find a plumbing company and supervise their work or an asbestos removal company or a carpeting company and get all the proper permits. And Bedrock coordinated all those services and just told me what time they would be arriving. It was absolutely a no-brainer to return my basement to its pre-flood condition thanks to Bedrock Restoration.

Dave and Dan with Bedrock Restoration are fantastic! We experienced significant water damage to a home we are remodeling. Dave toured the property with us and answered all our questions and concerns. He gave us his expert opinion on what needed to happen in order to have a safe and liveable home. A pipe burst between our main floor and lower level ceiling. It was a mess. Bedrock cleaned up the mess and took all measures necessary to dry everything up. The crew at Bedrock Restoration was amazing to work with! My wife found water in the basement before sending the kids off to school around 8:30 AM.turned out we had a burst pipe. Bedrock had a plumber out to cap the leaking pipe by 10:30 and the bedrock crew was out cleaning up the water by 11AM. They helped us file a claim and worked with our adjuster to recoup what was lost and were happy to explain every step of the process (I was curious).

With our 3 kids and busy work schedule we were so grateful that they took care of everything, they took the stress away and let our family go on as we would have during any other week. Thanks, fellas!
