I called on a Friday afternoon after our washing machine overflowed and partially flooded our basement. The owner just talked me through what to do since it was a smaller job. He saved us hundreds of dollars and didn't gain a penny, he was just looking to help! Very helpful and even checked in after to make sure that everything turned out okay!

We contacted Bedrock randomly from google searches to address some previous water and mold damage that was present when we moved in. They were very responsive and offered a free onsite consultation, which isn't as common from our experiences. Once there they did a nice job of explaining what likely would have to be done and potential factors that would make it a more complicated job.
They were efficient with their time onsite and did a good job of cleaning up after they were finished. They walked through what they had done and communicated some must-do and should-do next steps. The price came in under what the original range that they estimated. I would definitely recommend working with Bedrock.

It's rare in restoration to find a company you can trust. Admittedly, I don't know much about how to fix things. When something went wrong at my house, the service Bedrock provided was not only top quality, but reasonable. I will use them going forward, and highly recommend.
