Behavioral Defense Solutions Self Defense Training

I created Evidence Based Self Defense Instruction (EBSDi) so that students could learn methods of self defense that were functional! I incorporated my training in Clinical Psychology with the concepts of Jeet Kune Do. In doing so, I ended up developing a series of techniques and methods that were evidence based. Evidence based is exactly what it means; the techniques and methods that have been chosen are located on evidence or proof that they are functional in a real fight situations.
