Dr. Bell is a native of Laredo where he attended United High School and was a State Champion distance runner, which gives him an exceptional perspective on sports medicine and injuries. Dr. Bell graduated from U. T. At Austin before attending Podriatry School in Miami, Florida. He then furthered his training with a two year surgical residency in Houston, Texas.
