The main focus of his sports psychology sessions is the client develops awareness of themselves and become balanced in their consciousness. Practicing "the strategy" leads to an experiential understanding of yourself. Once you start to "see" your consciousness from awareness, you start to realize what you need to experience in order to become balanced and function at higher levels, which results in peak performance. Joakim holds a Masters Degree in sport psychology from John F. Kennedy University.

read moreWe are a fun group that enjoys competition in an atmosphere of encouragement and comradery. BW9HGC is Celebrating our 50th Year as a group. This year we are truly the "Golden Girls". Our members have made playing golf, friendly, enjoyable, fun and competitive. You have each week, the opportunity to play 18 holes, if desired, however our competition is on the front 9 holes of the course. Our Mandatory General Meeting is March 26th and will begin at 10AM. New members have a mandatory meeting at 9AM in the dining area before the General meeting.

The league supports the opportunity to meet women who are enthusiastic northwest golfers. Fun competition such as "Best 9 Holes" or "Low Net Score" tests players of all skills and abilities. Our competitions are segmented into divisions based on a players handicap.

read moreThe Crossroads Par 3 is a 9 hole Course that is an excellent beginner, short game and family course that takes about an hour to play. The holes range in length from 63-107 yards. This provides more accomplished golfers an opportunity to work on their short game, while beginners can have success learning the game in a relaxed, friendly environment. Play is on a first come, first serve basis with no tee times required for regular play. For larger groups please call the Pro Shop at 425-452-4873 to confirm space availability.
