Our experience today was what we have expected from Bel Red over the years. We have been a long time customer (beginning our 3rd generation of HV units at 2 locations from them) and have received excellent, prompt and complete service over the years. The explanations of needed equipment and repairs had been excellent and today with George was no exception.

Honest service by Daniel Tinkler to complete the portion of work related to the furnace in the new $20,000 system we purchased. Very smart and well informed. Tech savvy. Keep hiring and promoting good technicians like him! Unfortunately the job was going to be a day but the compressor/heat pump still is not ready to be switched on after three days.

I'm out two extra days wages. This is not Daniel's fault and he explained the mistakes made in scoping the work (before the work was started) really well. I hope the work will be completed and we will not be left with an incomplete system!

This company is top notch! They sent a reminder with a picture of the guy who was coming out and when he was on his way. Matthew Flader found the problem easily and fixed it in a very timely manner. He explained everything well and made us feel very good about their services! He was honest, and very professional and did a super job! Go with this company if you need something fixed!

Great service! The technician was knowledgeable and provided a detailed explanation of the maintenance for the fireplace. He presented information on a new maintenance plan. He took interest in making sure I knew the details of the new plan.

Daniel Tickler was the best technician we've ever had. All of the people from Bel Red have been 100% but Daniel is over the top in explaining with detail about the system checking every detail and answering all my questions about the system. He's very professional and friendly. I want to refer the entire neighborhood to him. He changed the filter and educated me about the best filters to order as the filter wasn't changed with the installation.

I would like to request Daniel from now on if possible. He restored confidence that everything is complete with no loose ends. He's smart! Bel red is fortunate to have him. This kind of service makes people be happier to spend money!

Matias Keupuchur and his apprentice, Jared Roberts conducted an annual electrical inspection at our home. They were on time, professional and responsive to our questions. They knew their trade very well and were courteous and respectful throughout their inspection. They are both great assets to the BelRed team!

The tech, Alan, that came out was prompt, efficient, professional, and super easy to work with! A great experience overall. Ended up having BelRed replace our 50 year old furnace. Installers Brandon and Mike did a really great job installing our new furnace. They were considerate, efficient, careful, and definitely knew what they were doing! The supporting electricians, James, William, and Marshall, were equally as professional, efficient, and careful. We are completely satisfied with the work and BelRed has our complete trust.

This time around I needed a special assessment of our furnace. Lawrence was the expert technician who provided service. He was meticulous and thorough, and took several hours to assess the situation. Michael Dunham was courteous and knowledgeable. However, and this was not Michael's fault, we were very confused because husband and I both put the appointment time as 2 pm in our calendars and we received a reminder text from Bel-Red that appointment was at 2 pm. We were surprised when Michael showed up at 10 am. We had another appointment at 10 am and had to scramble to reschedule our 10 am appointment.

BelRed technician Conrad Marchewka serviced our furnace today. He was on time, polite, and a diligent worker. I appreciated his answering my questions and giving advice. I'd say he's very skilled in his trade, knows his stuff -- and as a bonus is a good communicator. Service:HVAC system repair

Marshall and Chase came out to give us an estimate on installing a wall charger. They were very thorough and was extremely empathetic when sharing the news that the installation would unfortunately require the upgrade of the fuse box. Marshall carefully walked me through the steps and even attempted to give me the worst case scenario cost to our project. Really appreciate him for taking every step to make sure I knew what cost could be coming.

Gabriel Huevara was sent to help with an issue I had with a new heating and cooling system installed by a different company that went out of business. He spent 3 hours inspecting it and setting it up correctly. He was very knowledgeable on the modern digital system and digital thermostat. I am retired now but I have spent much time working with airlines on airplane heating and cooling systems. I could tell Gabriel knew his work well. Thanks to Bel Red for sending him.

George from Bel-Red heating cooling and plumbing was very prompt and courteous. Didn't push any sales on me, and gave me time to think about the cost of replacing blow motor. He also put a cover over his shoes before I enter my house which I appreciate it very much.

Alan showed up at the beginning of the scheduled time window and immediately got to work. He fixed the unit before I even realized it and was completely done within an hour and a half. The AC is working great now. I would recommend BelRed to anyone who needs maintenance on an AC cause they did a great job here.

Oscar and Cody installed our EV home charger in the garage, then installed three new light fixtures and fixed a fourth - vintage original that we wanted to keep if possible. Fantastic work! Outstanding professionals, worked quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done. I've never been so happy with electrical contractors on my home or our rentals: best of four I've used. I'll bring back the Cody-Oscar team and BelRed for all my work going forward.

Thomas and Dylan were awesome. They did a great job with our new electrical panel, new lights, and a new bathroom fan. They were very thorough in making sure things were done correctly. Nice! Kevin did comprehensive diagnostics to find out the problem of my current AC. Ensured it is safe to use. I learned lot about the status of my current system, which I can make decisions based on. Their opinions also make lots of sense, varying from repairing and replacing with a few branded units.

My entire experience with BelRed from scheduling an appointment to having the technician come out has always been great, straight forward, and professional with a friendly attitude. The technician who helped me, Sean K, was super polite, worked diligently, answered all my questions, gave me multiple recommendations/ information & was prompt to arrive during the call window! Timely, high quality service at all levels. From appointment to keeping us informed about arrival, quote and then execution of the work. We wanted an instant heater and filter installed and it was little complicated because we did not have enough outlets and I wanted to make sure each of the connections can be turned off and on separately. Diego Torres did a good job. I would recommend both Diego and BelRed highly.

George was extremely responsive and helpful working with us and our on-site real estate agent Mike Mincy as we prepared our rental house to be sold while now living in Arizona. He kept us informed about appointments to assess and fix issues with the furnace and heatpump on the property at all times, and called to share what he'd found and get permission to do the necessary work.

I had a pretty expensive HVAC upgrade in our house (think $10k ) and can only say good things about BelRed. Here is why: - They listened to my concerns, every single one of them. My furnace is located in a tricky spot in the garage. New furnaces got bigger, so it was going to eat up even more space. They managed to keep the same footprint. Great. - Fit and finish of the installation is great. - They originally quoted a Daikin (top of the line) system for $X dollars and we decided to move forward with that.

Last minute, they let me know they ran out of that and to avoid missing the installation deadline, they offered me a similar (but better) spec'd Trane system. I was pleasantly surprised with the system. It's good. - We originally had scheduled to install on 5/20. But a heatwave was coming, so I asked if they could pull forward the schedule by a few days. They did it. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional and listen to your concerns.

I had a great time in engaging BelRed for AC installations and yearly maintenance. They are always proactive in informing me about last minute cancellations or changes in appointments. Their engineers are very helpful and patiently explains all my questions I highly recommend to call these folks to get your cooling and heating needs.
