Their patient , knowledgeable , and talented staff installed a six head multi split inverter heat pump system in my 1770 cape. It doesnt get more complicated than my install and Terry, Malachy, Jason, and Nick made it look easy. No ugly piping on the outside and seamless use of closets and chases for piping on the inside. Yes they do HVAC!

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and both times their staff have shown professionalism and have shown great care and attention to my home. Making sure to come in and out only when necessary, wearing covers on their shoes, cleaning up as they worked up to leaving out.

Ryan W. was sure to go over every detail of the job with me. By the time he left I was not confused about anything that I paid for. I can explain it in full detail to my to brief him on the job as well. Ryan was kind, professional, honest and treated my home as if it was his home. Which I greatly appreciated.

I love that they wear their id badges, have their tablets to take payments, photos and when they call it comes from the company line. Makes me feel secure. Their vehicle also has the company logo on it. They come with their own tools and equipment.

I also appreciate the pricing. I will continue to use them for my water and gas plumbing needs.

Ryan is knowledgeable and attentive. He listened to and responded to my questions and concerns and was patient in explaining things and writing them down for me. He did a great job replacing the works under the kitchen sink and installing a water filter. Would absolutely put my trust in him again.

Vinnie and Myles came promptly to fix our hot water system - not knowing what the real issue even was! As soon as they looked they had the system working within a few minutes. Additionally we looked at the overall system, which had not been maintained properly, and we got a much needed education. We'll be getting them back soon for future maintenance and new system. More to come. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Customer service was prompt, courteous, educated, and pleasant.

Excellent service from Tech Robert Williams PLM0290340-O2. Did beyond the call of duty to my situation. Very pleased from start to finish and very helpful to attain the help I needed to my boiler situation.

Nick was very helpful, and a great young man. We really enjoyed meeting him. Also my contact with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was very pleasant and personable to begin with inspite of some mixup on information due to a system error with the Holiday. Everything worked out well. Well see how the work goes tomorrow as today was the overview & estimate.

Terry, Malachy and Nick were great! We decided to replace our boiler due to the age of the old unit and some of the old installation work was not done properly . They installed the new combi boiler and corrected those old issues. The new boiler was up and running in one day and they worked very hard to get us a reasonable price. Extremely happy with their work and the service they provided!!

I hired Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today to do several jobs around my house and they sent Ryan W. He was not only professional but very courteous and really nice! He made it easy and stress free which is rare today. I will definitely call them again.

Ami did a great job. He was polite and professional, even put shoe booties on before he went upstairs. He kept us updated on his progress once he assessed the situation. Price was very reasonable and we highly recommend this company!!

Ok this is the best contractor I have ever dealt with!! They are very professional on time and the work was done right the first time! I had a broken pipe on Thanksgiving and they fixed it for me the next day!!!! If you have performing needs, call them!!

I had a broken water pipe that needed immediate repair, and Ben from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. He clearly explained the issue, fixed it properly, and made sure everything was working before leaving. The work was done cleanly and with care, and the whole experience was stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing service.

Aaron Diaz was amazing. He came out for an emergency on a Sunday evening and managed to do a tricky repair with very little room to move all without any damage to anything around it, which I thought was going to be impossible. Impressive skills. On top of that, he had great communication about what he was doing and is just a friendly guy. Highly recommended.

It was a great working experience with Ben Williams during well pump and submersible motor replacement. I still think I overpaid, but my water is up and running. Ben Williams was professional and courteous. I watched the entire installation and he didn't have any issue. He answered my all questions. Thanks again.

Ami was very nice to deal with. He inspected everywhere inside and under and around the house to determine the location of any leaks (which were causing an increase to my water bill). He explained everything he did and what my options would be if I choose to have repair services done. I will definitely use Ben Franklin Plumbing to do the needed repairs.

Aaron did an excellent job with the installation. When finished, he checked every water source in the house to be sure that there was hot water everywhere. Also, as a retired educator & teacher trainer, I thought he worked well with Cale, giving him appropriate responsibility & guiding & encouraging in meaningful ways. And, they did a great cleanup before they left!

I am beyond grateful to have been connected with this company. My boiler had gone down in May and we went months without hot water. The heating part wasnt that big of a deal until the cold weather came in. We had someone come out for a consultation somewhere between the middle of the week to the end of the week and a technician was there on Monday finished and installed the same day. Not only were they quick but they were great on the pricing. The technicians were extremely polite and knowledgeable literally dont know where we would be without them today.

Brian Lysak was very professional was on time and very knowledgeable about what was needed. He also was very personable. We discussed our pets and he showed me pics of his 19 year old cat which was nice. Normally people just come and talk about the job and leave. It was nice to be to be able to laugh with someone at 9 am in the

Jordan demonstrated respect and professionalism, asking that I hear him out while he presented alternative quotes. He offered detailed information on water heaters and identified additional concerns that required immediate attention to avoid potential future expenses. After presenting prices, Jordan observed my reaction and offered to revisit the quotes. Following a brief interval, he returned with a revised proposal that my girlfriend and I found satisfactory. As a result, a new water heater will be installed tomorrow, restoring our access to hot water. Throughout the process, Jordan remained committed to ensuring our satisfaction before departing. Ryan Wesson was very professional, polite and thorough. He didnt leave until he made sure the leak stopped. He was here late. He even had plans that he was going to end up missing. This shows true dedication. He also walked by our 1/2 bath and heard a hissing sound and knew right away the problem and fixed that for us as well even though that wasnt on the work order he came for. He really knows what he is doing, was neat, put everything back in place, cleaned up everything and wore shoe coverings when entering our home. It is nice to know that a young man like him is super polite and showed he cares. Ben Franklin Plumbing is lucky to have such a great knowledgeable worker like Ryan!
