Our car was in need of a tow truck. We waited for Mercedes customer service to dispatch a towing company from 3pm-2am they were not helpful and kept having to find a new provider. Speaking to numerous customer service reps and getting frustrated I did my own research. Went on Google and found Best Way Towing. They answered my call and asked a few questions.
They were on site within 15 minutes. Professional and reliable. Raza send me a photo of the location and told me my car was no where to be located. He told me someone must had already picked it up. He told me to call 311 or try calling Mercedes again. As of 8:30 am next morning we are still not sure who picked up the car. I wish I had called Best Way Towing first thing before dealing with Mercedes. Thanks Raya for you help!

Yesterday my car broke down and the young man who came to my help was very professional, and respectful. His name was Raza. Super helpful young man. Caring and made sure my vehicle was secure and safe. I recommend this towing company to anyone for the service and support I received. I want his boss to know, that I truly appreciated seeing Raza yesterday. I was super upset, but Raza was so kind and I wish his mom and family a Happy and safe Easter! Thank you again!

These guys were responsive, quick, and awesome. I like that they told me about the tire shop nearby; they didn't have to because the tow to my house might have been more. I appreciated that very much because that extra added value in customer service guarantees repeat business. NOT that I am looking to get towed again anytime soon! But, I would call them. Roger and Alex were great to work with! Thanks, guys!

The driver Roger was extremely professional and courteous and made me feel comfortable that everything would be fine. But most important he seemed to really care. I highly recommend Best Way Towing!

Car died @ 12:30 AM on a Sunday (Saturday night). Managed to get it off the Belt by JFK. Best Way stated on initial phone call that if I could get just a block or 2 away from the Belt Service Rd., wouldn't have to call 911, wait 2 hours and then have them show up anyway. Got it to the hotels off the Belt, driver showed up in 20, tow operator (Justin) very friendly and professional. Pushed my "minivan" into position, loaded without a scratch (awesome) and we shared a laugh while waiting for card payment to clear. Only wish I had more money to tip. Bad night, excellent experience. Totally recommend when you are in a vulnerable position.

These guys are the best, i called them Friday night I was stuck on the side of the road i call different company this is the only one gave me cheap price and they came in 15 to 20 minutes I will recommend them.
