Beto's Mexican Restaurant
Caterer in Grand Prairie, TX
Beto's Mexican Restaurant was established in July 1993 by the Sanchez family. With a limited budget, maybe no budget, Beto's became the quintessential hole in the wall. The long life dream of co-founder, Humberto Beto Sanchez, has exceeded even his own high expectations. Borned and raised in Monterey, Mexico among a family of fifteen brothers and sisters, Humberto learned at an early age that hard work wasn't just a trait, but a survival technique. At the young age of seventeen, Mr. Sanchez made a difficult choice to leave his home and family to pursue a better life in the US.

Beto's Mexican Restaurant
read moreLet's go back to circa 1993. In an old abandoned home cooking "joint", my family started our first Beto's Mexican Restaurant and Catering in Grand Prairie, Texas. If you're wondering where the name Beto's came from, well, it's a nickname for my Dad, Humberto, and me, Albert. Ok, back to the story. So it was always my Dad's dream to open his own Mexican restaurant. He'd worked in the industry for over thirty years. One day in the summer of 1993, Mom and Dad come home and say, "We've got a Mexican restaurant!"
