In 1990, John and Ann Beutler opened an independent real estate brokerage in Coeur d'Alene, ID - John Beutler & Associates - with only a handful of real estate agents. The firm acquired the CENTURY 21 franchise in 1997 and has developed into one of the most successful CENTURY 21 offices worldwide.
