Welcome to the Web site for Rosemeade Veterinary Clinic. For over twenty years our aim has been to ensure the complete satisfaction of every patient. We're a complete service tiny animal hospital that caters exclusively to cats and dogs. Dr. Carl Binford graduated from Texas A&M University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. He was President of the Dallas County Veterinary Medical Association in 1986. Dr. Binford founded his 1st practice in Carrollton in 1980, and in June of 1985, he moved to the present location in Rosemeade Center.
