James Shipley has been an officer or manager of several publicly-traded entities during the past fifteen years. Most recently, from January 2001 to January 2004 he was Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Epic Financial Corporation. From January 2004 through January 2006, he served as a consultant to several private and publicly-traded firms. Beginning in January 2006 he became Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of TRAC Financial Group. For which he had previously acted as a consultant.
