Bishop Lynn

Lynn Bishop is Certified as a Specialist in Social Security Disability Law by the North Carolina State Board of Legal Specialization. She is a graduate of Rice University (B. A. 1972) and Duke Law School (J. D. 1975) She's a member of the Workers' Compensation and Disability Advocacy sections of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, and a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. She was selected by the State of North Carolina to represent the State in a lawsuit against the Social Security Administration to force improvements in the way Social Security handles disability claims, and has been helping people with workers' compensation, disability and Social Security claims since 1975.
