Bison Witches Bar and Deli was established in Tucson, Arizona in January of 1995. Occupying 1400 sq. Ft. At 326 N. fourth Avenue, Bison Witches is a tiny neighborhood hangout that features gourmet deli sandwiches, bread bowl soups, salads, appetizers, and a complete service bar with tableside service. Over the last 10 years Bison Witches Tucson has expanded from its original 700 sq ft inside to 1400 sq ft today, plus an outdoor patio for those who still like to smoke while they enjoy a great sandwich, cold beer or a mixed drink from the bar.

Our sister store in Lawrence, Kansas operating as Quinton's Bar and Deli is the original location from which Bison Witches was crafted from. Each location has the same small bar feel with great food, a fun atmosphere and a wait staff you'll want to take home with you. A nontraditional bar without the traditional "bar food".
