
I do not label behaviors as crazy, but seek to meet the purpose those behaviors have served, so that we may work to find better and more effective ways for you to take attention of yourself. In psychotherapy, we'll work together to find solutions to your problems, whether they be anxiety, depression, or problems in a relationship. There is no shame in not knowing the answers. We will discover them together, and you'll be given the tools for change. The effectiveness of your personal or group therapy is always up to you.
