Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Eric Stein and I am the proud owner of Black Top Taxi of Virginia. Along with our Director of Operations, Kerry Lynch, and all of our dedicated drivers we would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to learn more about our firm. Black Top Taxi was set up in 2007 with a singular aim of filling a void in the luxury travel marketplace in Hampton Roads. Historically, Virginia Beach has had older cabs and limousines with nothing filling the gap in between.
