Blade Manufacturing

The Blade Manufacturing Co. Was established in 1946 by brothers Charlie, Frank and Steve Callahan. The firm's aim was to provide the best circular saw blades made in America. That core value is represented today as the firm is in its 3rd generation of family ownership. The firm was managed by Charlie while Frank hit the road. Frank traveled mostly by train all over the Midwest and East coast setting up distribution and manufacturers reps. The concept worked and the blades won over huge portion of the market. In less than three years expansion was needed.
