Blake Rickels was very communicative, responding to our many questions and the 2 families he found for 2 lots in our 4 lot ( sold December 2019 and February 2020 ) development in Farragut were obviously pleased with him as well. It was of interest the buyers didn't hire outside realtor representation. Blake gave us sound advice relative to pricing, we liked his ads on line ( a good presence ). He was patient, not high pressured and no question he displayed honesty. When we sell another lot we will list with Blake with certainty.

Without the help of Blake Rickels and his associate Carly Ponzurick, I would never have sold my condo in time to buy the perfect house in the country. Not only did his talent, generosity, and expertise make all of this possible, he also was able to sell two other houses for me in record time. What makes this more impressive is that, he made recommendations for getting all the houses ready for sale, helped us locate the best contractors for the fixes, and expedited the improvements so that, when the houses sold, nothing additional needed to be done to get them sold. He knows the market and is honest about the price and condition of your home, but he allows you to decide what works best for you (where you price and what updates/repairs/staging you want to do). Another thing that sets him apart is his marketing ability. First, the quality of the photos of your home is amazing.
It truly markets the home in a very positive light. He is very active in using social media and other web-based marketing. He also uses technology to make showings/listings very convenient to be aware of and confirm. Technology for paperwork is also something convenient he offers. He provides solid advice but doesn't over-advise. He is a consultant, not the decision maker. We found him to be incredibly easy to work with, and most importantly, he succeeds in what you hire him to do. We would recommend Blake to anyone!

Blake has a history of selling homes when others couldn't. We stumbled onto Blake after several failed Realtors during the heart of the housing crisis in 2009. Blake helped us find and purchase our first home in the EXACT neighborhood and price range that we were looking for! We highly recommend Blake. He is honest, intelligent and a very hard worker. I had a great experience working with Blake. He was conscientious and worked hard to find a house that met my needs. I was shopping long distance, as I hadn't relocated to Knoxville yet, and he did Facetime tours, met my parents to show them houses for me, and answered my endless questions. He's followed up with me several times after I closed on the home, just to make sure I'm still happy with everything.
