Blue Nami

Joon B. Cho and his family opened up Blue Nami in Orangevale, CA in 2001. This tiny, hole in the wall place grew into one of the finest sushi restaurants in Sacramento. In 2007, with the aid of his partner Yuji Yokoyama, they opened up their 2nd location in Roseville. Their dreams of creating an upperscale dining experience were met as they held their grand opening later that year. One of the largest things that sets Blue Nami apart from other sushi restaurants is the innovative and artistic ways that the sushi chefs cut and present the best fish on the market.
