Recently bought a Lexus gs 350 from here and I had a great experience. Ryan was an awesome salesman and didn’t hesitate to find answers and solutions for any questions and concerns I had. Jay was also a great guy had some concerns and they even put the car on the lift so I could inspect the undercarriage. Rocky was also awesome and I really appreciate the commitment these three showed and I’m sure the many others behind the scenes. I highly recommend reaching out to Ryan if you’re looking for a car he’s honestly a great dude him and Jay were no bullshit honest guys. Never thought I’d say that about a place.

I recently purchased my first BMW from BMW of West Springfield and had an outstanding experience. I worked with Bryce, and it was by far the easiest car-buying process I’ve ever had. Bryce communicated clearly and consistently throughout. Since the dealership was two hours away, I had to rent a car to get there. Bryce went above and beyond by driving alongside me to return my rental in Springfield, then gave me a ride back to the dealership. I’m extremely pleased with the entire experience and couldn’t be happier with my new car.
